1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to users in Bangladesh only. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to refrain from using the cr2032 platform.
2. Account Registration & Security
When registering on cr2032, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false or incorrect details constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions, and cr2032 reserves the right to suspend or close such accounts. Each user may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to cr2032 Support immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
As part of the identity verification process, cr2032 may request a national ID card or other government-issued documents. Failure to complete this process may result in deposit or withdrawal restrictions.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
The cr2032 platform is strictly for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, betting or gaming on behalf of third parties, and reselling any platform services are strictly prohibited. Any fraudulent activity, use of bots, or system manipulation will result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal fund transfers
- Claiming bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts
- Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
- Interfering with the system using malicious software or scripts
Cr2032 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. Services may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, and cr2032 is not liable for any such interruptions.
4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on cr2032 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set on the platform and are subject to change.
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. cr2032 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals if verification is incomplete or suspicious activity is detected.
Financial terms relating to bonuses and promotions are detailed separately on the Promotions page. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met. Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure along with forfeiture of the associated balance.
Transaction fees charged by the payment provider may apply to deposits and withdrawals — cr2032 is not responsible for such charges. Any applicable taxes or government levies are the sole responsibility of the user.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Cr2032 accepts no liability for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or other damages arising from use of the platform. Winning or losing in betting and gaming is entirely subject to the user's own decisions and risk. cr2032 is not responsible for failures of third-party services such as payment gateways.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Cr2032 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, detection of fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though it may be withheld during an ongoing investigation. Users may also request account closure themselves — please contact Support in that case.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, games, and text on the cr2032 platform are the intellectual property of cr2032 or its licensors. Users may access the platform for personal use only. Copying, distributing, republishing, or using any content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
